Hhavars-class Heavy Cruiser

And back again, despite a really clingy spring cold's best efforts.

Another Bosada ship for the viewers today; this one is one of their heavy cruisers, the most common major combatant in their fleets. As is the tradition for the cruisers I've done so far the intended role is unsubtle, getting up in the enemies' grill to give the gift of property damage. While it's got plenty of turrets, the main armament of the Hhavars is the three fixed emitters in the bow. Bosada ships tend to be significantly faster but significantly less maneuverable than other fleets' ships of their size, so the turrets are more meant for cover or dealing with secondary targets while the ship positions itself for in-and-out firing passes with its main batteries.

The Bosada have no carriers and very few fighters, just stocking a couple on their larger ships for various duties. The Hhavars carries two (or a very friendly three) of their standard fighters, one of which is visible here for scale (along with a Kestrel). Overall the ship is a little larger than the Charybdis-class cruiser I uploaded back in November, but cramming them together in the same shot without a lot of blank greyspace was annoying me, so you get fighters for reference instead.
